What this is
The Site portal is UES's site-management tool for the Mafraq EWT (MAF7025-003).
It has three sections: the Daily Ticket (who/what was working each day),
Money (the monthly service ticket computed from the daily entries at C5
contract rates), and the Site Log & EHS journal with photo, video,
voice and document uploads.
The daily ticket — four states
Every line item of the contract's Schedule of Rates (C5) gets one state per day.
The states ARE the contract's rate architecture, so a correct daily entry is
automatically the correct contractual claim:
- A — Active. The line provided the Service. Pays the C5 operating rate.
- S — Standby. Ready but unable to work for reasons caused by Mafraq
(C5 2.5.1/2.5.2). Pays the C5 standby rate.
- D — Defective / under repair. Down for reasons on our side
(C5 2.5.2/2.4.4). Unpaid — but recorded honestly.
- N/A. Not on site / not required that day.
Set the date, click one button per line, add a note where it matters
(e.g. "pump out since 12:00"). Copy yesterday pre-fills the grid and never
overwrites entries that already exist. Every entry carries its slug — who entered
it and when — under the line.
Corrections
Entries are never edited or deleted. A correction is a new entry that replaces
the old one — the old one stays in the ledger with its slug. Creating corrections
requires the Read&Write or Admin role; Data-entry users create first entries only.
Money — the monthly ticket
- Pick a month. The table multiplies the daily entries by the C5 rates:
operating days × operating rate + standby days × standby rate, per line, with
the month total.
- Approve month (Admin) freezes the totals and marks the month ready;
Mark sent records that the ticket went to Mafraq.
- When Mafraq returns a cut ticket, click + on a line and record their
revised amount — the Δ column shows the dispute per line.
- PDF A4 / PDF Letter print the ticket in that paper size;
Excel (CSV) downloads it for forwarding.
Site log & EHS
- One entry per event: Site activity (what happened) or EHS
(observation, near-miss, incident, toolbox talk).
- Type — or press 🎙 Dictate and speak (works in Edge).
- Attach photos, short videos, voice recordings or documents (up to 20 MB
each) to an entry or to the day.
- Every entry and every upload carries its who/when slug.
Roles

Security
Sign-in is by Cloudflare Zero Trust one-time PIN to authorized
email addresses only. Every entry is attributed to the signed-in person — the name
comes from the login, it cannot be typed. A sign-in from a new browser and any
refused access trigger an instant email alert to the operator.
